Here – under their brand new alias The Concrete Sneakers they draw from their diverse musical backgrounds to form “Touch The Sky”, an anthemic crossover vocal track that has already generated extensive support on both radio and the coolest clubs worldwide.
For this very special release Dutch electro house maestros Disfunktion turn in an absolutely astonishing remix that Paul Oakenfold has been hammering on all of his recent shows including all of the warm up slots he has been playing in support of Madonna on her North and South American MDNA tour dates.
Faustix & Imanos are two seriously hot up coming producers to watch out for in 2013. With current releases on Strictly Rhythm and Red Stick Recordings (that featured a massive Tommy Sunshine Remix) plus their own highly acclaimed remix of the club hit “Burning” by Adrian Lux they are fast developing a wide fan-base with both the clubbers and reputable labels. Their remix of “Touch The Sky” shows why – it’s killer!!

“Follow Me” was Sebjak’s first release on Positiva Records. Following support for the original Mix from Andi Durrant (Capital FM, U.K.), among others, and charting on the Music Week Cool Cuts and the DMC Buzz Chart, this Summer saw the release of the new vocal version. “Follow Me”’s epic irresistible vocals, massive hooks, delicate keys and emotive chord play made it a definitive Summer anthem. Now ‘Follow Me’ is getting the remix treatment from a diverse lineup of talent, with Gregori Klosman, DEVolution, Mike Hawkins and Jerry Rekonius all putting their own spin on the original.
Having watched the rise of his fellow countrymen, Sebastian Jak set out to become the next success story in Sweden’s already impressive dance music history. By 2006, Sebjak as he was now known started to produce music of his own. Having pricked the ears of the likes of Steve Angello, Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso with his fresh and energetic approach to production, Sebjak was asked to remix for the world-acclaimed Size Records with fellow producer AN21.
His stock rose immediately and Sebjak began to pull in the attention from the biggest DJs and producers in the world. Erick Morillo and his Subliminal label were next to release the young Swedish producer, unleashing his collaboration with Richard Grey, ‘Pump Up The Volume.’ David Guetta and Tiesto were just two of the single’s many supporters.
Remixes have also seen the 24 year old Swede add his deft touch to Laidback Luke, Arno Cost and Norman Doray’s hit, ‘Trilogy’ which was released on Luke’s own imprint Mixmash, in addition to Swiss Official vs. Kings Of Tomorrow ‘Changes’ which saw another release on Size Records. Sebjak was also responsible for a killer remix of Mogui’s ‘We Want Your Soul’ which went on to be bootlegged by Swedish House Mafia for their famous hit ‘Leave The World Behind,’ the track they decided to close their Masquerade Motel residency in Miami 2011 with.
Sebjak is a regular behind the decks in clubs around the globe. From England to France, USA, Germany, Israel, Swiss, Dominican Republic, Morocco, Serbia and Brazil, which has become his favourite place to tour, Sebjak has rocked them all. Standout gigs have included LIV in Miami, Subliminal Sessions at Arkadia and an incredible performance at Summerburst in Stockholm in front of 12,000 people. When not out on the road solo, he can spotted with any other top name from Steve Angello, Sebastian Ingrosso, Axwell, AN21 Max Vangeli, Bob Sinclar, Norman Doray, Arno Cost, Laidback Luke, Moguai, David Tort, Avicii, David Guetta, John Dalhbäck, Eric Prydz and beyond.
Brand new releases coming from Ahmet Sendil (Shinichi) and Heren (Dirt Jugglerz)
After a four-year hiatus Sharam announces today that he’s relaunching Yoshitoshi Records sub-label Shinichi and launching a brand new label dubbed Dirt Jugglerz. Each label will be a platform for releasing exciting sounds from all over the musical map with new releases including Ahmet Sendil “El Baile”(Shinichi) and Heren “Never Let Me Go” / Heren Pres. Detsl & Pete Milz “I Got Angels”(Beat Jugglerz) on the horizon.
Founded in 2001, Shinichi was launched with a focus on a deeper, tougher sound. It immediately became a vanguard of the scene with seminal releases that featured the likes of Loudeast, John Creamer & Stephane K, Behrouz, Hydrogen Rockers, Cuba Computers, Chab, Patch Park and many more. Dirt Jugglerz, formerly known as Yo!, launched in 2003 as a means to release some of the biggest dance floor tunes to the world and featured artists including Pig & Dan, Deepsky, MYNC & Danny Rampling + more. The new Shinichi will focus on the techy and deep house side of dance music while Sharam views Dirt Jugglerz as an outlet for crazy and innovative releases from Electro infused house to dubstep, drum n bass and anything else of quality. The relaunch of Shinichi and birth of Dirt Jugglerz comes as an extension of Sharam’s recent Night & Day compilation release. Throughout the mixing process he discovered great music from many different genres. Not one to follow any popular trends Sharam views this relaunch as a way to encourage more creativity and release great material from many dance music views without any restrictions.
The inaugural Shinichi release comes from Turkey’s Ahmet Sendil, the highly respected Bosphorus Underground boss who’s “El Baile” perfectly captures the sound of summer. It’s Spanish vocal and percussive drum programming creates a true Balearic feel that should see it travel far and wide throughout the rest of the world. Dirt Jugglerz hits the ground running with a double does from Heren. “Never Let Me Go” takes the rays of his native Barcelona sunshine and transforms them in to musical gold; fusing a beautiful female vocal over piano and electro stabs. “I Got Angels” is a slightly deeper affair, although no less uplifting. The trademark electro signature remains whilst the vocal changes gender courtesy of Detsl and Pete Milz. Both releases have already been given a huge kick-start as Sharam featured them on his new Night & Day compilation.
Released July 16, Night & Day features Sharam’s brand new original production “Radio G” & FTDK mix of his head turning track “God Always,” as well as exclusive edits, mashups and tracks/remixes from the likes of, Maceo Plex, Umek, Zeds Dead, Avicii, Shermanology, Nicole Moudaber, Dirty South, Armand Van Helden, Extrawelt, Monstar, Dirty Loud, Heren, Marco Bailey, Boris Dlugosh and more
